The Incredible Journey and
Nerve Consulting join forces

The Incredible Journey and Nerve Consulting are now merging to establish an innovative product and consultancy company in order to meet the challenges of tomorrow. By adding Nerve Consultings’ senior business consultants and entrepreneurs, The Incredible Journey becomes an even stronger and even more competent partner within IT and digital transformation.

The new company, with the name The Incredible Journey, will continue offering services within digital transformation and innovation, all the way from concept to implementation.

The customers are mainly from two industries that are experiencing major digital changes; the car industry with its development within digital retail and mobility as well as the health- and care sector with its need of new digital solutions.

The merger is a natural next step after several years of close cooperation in the development of Wayke – a whole new digital marketplace for used cars, with additional service offerings to Swedish car retailers.

Through the merger we can present an even stronger team with different competences that can respond to the high demand of new business models and digitalization of business models, in order meet future customer behavior and customer needs” says Pär Bäck, CEO of The Incredible Journey.

The company is currently recruiting new stars for the development of a B2B-product, The Incredible Fleet, which will be a digital platform to meet the new needs regarding company cars.

The Incredible Journey has been a part of developing Wayke, www.wayke.se, from the very first workshop, through the launch and later as a scale up. The work consisted of everything from strategy to execution in areas like sales & digital marketing, business design, developing new revenue streams, funding & building the organization.

The car industry is changing rapidly thanks to the digitalization. Consumers want to do more of the car buying process online than the dealers can offer today. The dealers that will quickly adjust to the digitalization and meet the expectations from the consumers are going to have a competitive advantage.  

We are well connected with the Swedish car dealers and work today as consultants and advisors with several of the largest car dealers and associations.

Still we all like to meet and most business takes place in the physical world and until recent years the physical tracks were invisible.
